I work with organisations and can liaise with individuals direct if preferred to provide a bespoke Outplacement support service for those who may be facing organisational change or redundancy. Group Workshops – half or full day can also be provided.
Individual follow-up sessions can be arranged as a bespoke package for staff to discuss any aspect of their job search campaign and address personal issues. It is often the case that if the individual has not been able to find a new job after searching for a number of weeks, they can often get despondent and need the most help. This could include regular telephone contact to monitor progress, discuss issues arising from the job search and provide support throughout the agreed period.
